Q: How does your company work within the cash industry?
A: Otokod Technology is an innovative software company whose ManageCash Cash Logistics Management System makes cash logistics companies’ operations paperless, traceable and more profitable. ManageCash has modules for order management, automating cash center operations and a mobile application for traceability on CIT.
Q: What is the one thing you want other SCTA member organizations to know about your company?
A: We offer ManageCash, a complete solution designed for SCTA members who are dealing with cash processing in the cash-in-transit business. Our goal is to help them to be more productive by digitizing with mobile technologies.
Q: What drew your organization to become a member of the SCTA?
A: We were already a member of ATMIA so naturally, SCTA membership was the next logical step for us.
Q: What are the biggest changes you expect in the future of the cash industry? Why?
A: Obviously, with the rise in Fintech companies, the cash industry and payment systems will coexist from now on. CIT companies themselves must change by adopting technology, with the result being more efficient and profitable organizations.
Q: What is an exciting development in the industry you’ve recently seen? What excites you about it?
A: New systems like the cash recycler industry, new generation ATMs, and mobile technologies are very exciting. Also, integrating to open banking APIs will increase the visibility and transparency of the cash logistics operations.
