SureTraxx Cash Management Systems, Inc.

We are pleased to feature SCTA member, SureTraxx Cash Management Systems, Inc., and its President, Beverly Shwarzer, in this month’s member spotlight.

Q. How does your company work within the cash industry?

A: SureTraxx CMS plays a leading role in the digital transformation and standardization of the cash handling industry. Our team is comprised of key industry experts with extensive and deep knowledge across the entire supply chain.

We help businesses unlock greater efficiencies and eliminate manual processes through the digitization of the cash deposit process by use of APIs and barcode technology.

Our comprehensive agnostic systems deliver real-time cash visibility, reporting and tracking of deposits and change orders. We also provide a cash logistics program to optimize CIT services.

Q. What is the one thing you want other SCTA member organizations to know about your company?

A: Implementing our systems is simple, accurate and effective. We offer an easy way to launch digital solutions for the cash industry still relying on manual tasks, paper trails, and costly errors without having to allocate costly resources for IT projects.

Technology needs to be rapidly embraced for cash handling offerings in order to enhance operational efficiencies and keep up with customer expectations.

Utilizing the right technology significantly enhances the customer experience and will serve as a differentiator in acquiring new customers and retaining existing ones.

Q. What drew your organization to become a member of the SCTA?

A: SureTraxx CMS Inc. and NELMAR Security Packaging Systems Inc. have been long-term sponsors of the SCTA. The annual conference delivers rich content, along with informative and educational sessions, and always has excellent keynote presenters with strong attendance. It also provides opportunities to learn from other members and our customers.

Q. What are the biggest changes you expect in the future of the cash industry? Why?

A: The future is already here! With the arrival of Fintech companies, we will continue to see new technology disrupting the financial industry. We are far from the notion of a cashless society and we will continue to see innovative methods to manage or handle cash through digitization and automation.

Q. What is an exciting development in the industry you’ve recently seen. What excites you about it?

A: I believe the continued development and use of APIs and mobile technology will help close the gap on data exchange, real-time visibility and standardization within the industry.

Q. What are the biggest challenges the cash industry will face in the next 1-3 years? Why?

A: The cash industry has already significantly changed as we are faced with a new workforce generation that brings a new set of expectations (fast, easy and with options…). This will cause a consolidation of business and banking relationships, with the winners described as innovative and leaders of change.

Today’s commercial banking and CIT customer is fully aware of the power of digital automation and they expect it to be incorporated throughout their banking experiences for real-time cash information and analysis. If providers don’t offer new and prevailing services, companies will be more inclined to centralize their services.
